Philip Kastrup takes over as Head of HR Development at BA CT

Effective March 19, 2018 Philip Kastrup will take over as Head of HR Development at BA CT. He succeeds Alexandra Kuebler, who has decided to return to her home in southern Germany for personal reasons. Philip Kastrup is currently Head of HR Development in the Camshafts business unit and will remain in this role in parallel until a successor for the Camshafts business unit is found. As Head of HR Development at BA CT Philip Kastrup will report to Kerstin Ney, CHRO at BA CT.
Against the background that Philip Kastrup will temporarily perform a dual function, Dr. Bernadette Müller will support the Head of HR Development function at BA CT from March 19, 2018 to the end of the calendar year. She will report directly to Philip Kastrup and assume the role of deputy head of this function at BA CT.

Alexandra Kuebler began her work as Head of HR Development at BA CT in summer 2016. We would like to thank her for her efforts in the last two years and wish her all the best for her personal and professional future.

After studying economics in Bochum, Philip Kastrup began his career at thyssenkrupp as a trainee in the Materials Services BA. He then spent four years as a Senior Consultant at thyssenkrupp Management Consulting and held two other positions as Manager Strategy Automotive at Corporate Strategy, Markets & Development at BA CT and as Special Projects Manager at Corporate People Development & Executives Management at thyssenkrupp AG.

After studying business administration and working as a research assistant, Dr. Bernadette Müller joined thyssenkrupp Elevator as HR Manager in 2008. In 2012 she assumed her first executive role as Head of HR Strategy, Projects & Compensation at BA Elevator which she held for three years before becoming Head of Management Development & Learning at Elevator in 2015.
